This is used to authenticate users, secure the application, detect fraud/abuse, enforce acceptable use policies.

Customer documents & extracted content like uploaded checks & invoices, receipts, email attachments, OCR outputs. This is provided by You, your Company or Service Providers. This is used to deliver core document processing features of the Application (scan, extract, export) and provide audit trails.

Integration data like API tokens, company identifiers and synchronised records from Quickbooks. This is received from third-party service after you authorise a connector to synchronize documents and accounting data and maintain connectors you select.
